Imari is now a member of a special police unit created to solve supernatural cases. However, Miss Kitami still lives inside her and has now kidnapped the virginal Aki for use in her evil ceremonies. She implants a chip from the Lance of Longinus deep inside Aki using her own personal lance. But Mrs. Takashiro, now a nun, manages to stop the evil spell from going any further. Shiraki is now a teacher, and she is doing some snooping around the ceremony herself. Imari decides to punish Mrs. Takashiro for her indiscretions, while Saeki does the same to Shiraki.
