The residents of the Boys Halfway House are at a severe disadvantage when it comes to their comfort. For them, life is all about attending their meetings, following the rules, getting better, and most importantly: following the House Managers' rules. Of course, since they are all societal rejects, the residents break the rules often. That's where the special disciplinary mastery of our House Managers comes in. Each troublesome resident gets some one-on-one time with a House Manager, and it is totally up to the House Manager as to how to control the situation.
