New foster mother Mckenzie Lee has demonstrated all the skills it takes to be a perfect foster parent. She and her husband open their doors to troubled Katie Kush in an attempt to break the vicious cycle the girl has been living in since entering the system at a young age. However, upon moving in, their new foster daughter tries to steal some of their more precious belongings. Mckenzie and her husband resolve to use corporal punishment to ensure that the incident does not happen again, and their new foster daughter learns that stealing is not tolerated in their home.
