Patient Lily Larimar visits Doctor Marcus London for a special check up, but before she sees him she gets prepped by nurse Charlie Valentine. Nurse Charlie informs Lily that her insurance doesn’t cover the check-up but she can agree to do an alternative payment plan in which the Doctor will attempt to inseminate her. Lily agrees so Dr. Marcus and Nurse Charlie carry on with the naughty, yet satisfying procedure.
